All projects were completed while pursuing my Bachelors of Architecture degree from Syracuse University.
Comprehensive Studio
Multi-purpose office tower located in downtown Syracuse, NY, designed with special attention to integrated building systems. Under the direction of Professor Bruce Abbey. In collaboration with Matthew Borner. All images produced by M. Bunis unless otherwise noted.
Visiting Critic Studio
A mixed-use building on John Street, Brooklyn, NY. The project incorporates fifty residential units, a museum annex, theater, artist studios, as well as significant communal space.Under the direction of Jill Leckner. Designed in collaboration with A. National Aquarium
Advanced Building Systems Case Study. In depth look into the systems that facilitate many extremely specific climate needs throughout the building. Project team, A. Filkoff, R. Williams, J. Reisman, and M. Bunis. All images produced by M. Bunis unless otherwise noted.
North Franklin Street
A mixed use building designed as a catalyst to promote Syracuse's Urban Renaissance, while architectural respecting the cities industrial past, and current needs.
THE HIGH LINE
A first year project designed with the goal of both activating and supporting New York City's dynamic cultural hub, the High Line year round.
London
An interactive museum designed as a showcase of London's history, and technological advancements that will propel London's future.
